Hudson’s Historical 3rd Street Walking Tour

Join us as we walk along historical Third Street in Hudson, WI on Saturday, September 29th from 1:45 to 3:00 p.m. and learn about the influential residents who built their homes along this picturesque Street.

Space is limited and tickets must be prepaid. The cost is $20 per person, or $15 for Historical Society members. Please message us via Facebook, email asstdirector@StCroixCountyHistorical.org or call 715-386-2654, to pay for your ticket via credit card. You may also stop at the Octagon House Museum on Friday, Saturday or Sunday 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. to pay in person. Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

This is an extensive walking tour, with no places for sitting, so please wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing. Please arrive at the Octagon House Museum by 1:45 p.m., to begin the tour.

Octagon House Museum

The St. Croix County Historical Society maintains the Octagon House Museum complex, which is open for guided tours May through October & December. In addition to the gracious eight-sided house with Victorian era furnishings, the complex includes the Garden House with its 19th century life, domestic arts, carpenter, blacksmith, and general store tableaux; and the Carriage House, which includes the Museum Gift Shop and research center. All structures are set amid expansive, beautifully maintained gardens.
